Anonymised decisions
The DIFC Courts anonymise the parties in a proportion of their published judgments, particularly in the Small Claims Tribunal and in parts of the arbitration list. Where a case is referred to by anonymised party names, those are the names as published by the Court, and no attempt is made here to identify the parties behind them.
